At Post Office by Shannon Passero, we want you to love your curated pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit us in-store for a direct return.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
